1. Acceptance of These Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at www.lcb1.com, together with any related subdomains and online tools, including the ePayment portal (e-payment.lcb1.com), e-Terminal login, Container Search, Booking Search, Berth Schedule, Open Gate, and Claim Document Submission portal (collectively, the "Site").

By accessing or using the Site, you ("User," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. If you are using the Site on behalf of a company, shipping line, forwarder, trucking operator, or other organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Who We Are

LCB1 and LCMT operate container terminal facilities at Laem Chabang Port, Thailand. The Site is provided as a way for customers, shipping lines, trucking operators, and the public to access company information and certain operational tools related to our terminal services.

3. Use of the Site

3.1 The Site is made available for the purpose of: viewing company and operational information; checking container status, booking details, and berth schedules; accessing the ePayment portal; using the Truck Queue and Open Gate systems; and submitting claim documents.

3.2 You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, applicable Thai law, and any customs, port, or maritime regulations that apply to your activity.

3.3 You agree that you will not:
(a) provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information (including booking, shore pass, or claim data);(b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network connected to the Site;(c) interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation, security, or performance (including through malware, scraping, or excessive automated requests);(d) copy, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Site except as necessary for your permitted use; or(e) use the Site to transmit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing material.

3.4 LCB1 and LCMT may suspend or restrict access to the Site, or any part of it, for any User who breaches these Terms.

4. Account Access

4.1 Certain tools (e.g., e-Terminal, ePayment, Claim Document Submission) require a login. You are responsible for keeping your username, password, and related credentials confidential, and for all activity carried out under your account.

4.2 You must notify LCB1/LCMT promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

4.3 LCB1 and LCMT are not responsible for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

5. Port Access and Safety Rules

Use of the Truck Queue System, Open Gate, and related port-access procedures is subject to the rules, schedules, and safety requirements issued by LCB1, LCMT, and the Port Authority of Thailand from time to time — including mandatory safety induction viewing and testing for external truck drivers before using B1 and A0 terminal facilities. Compliance with these rules is a condition of port access.

6. Information Accuracy

Information on the Site — including vessel schedules, container status, and berth information — is provided for general reference and may change without notice due to vessel, weather, customs, or operational conditions. LCB1 and LCMT do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this information, and you should independently verify time-sensitive details before relying on them.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, video, and software — belongs to LCB1, LCMT, or their licensors and is protected under Thai and international intellectual property law. Nothing on the Site may be reproduced, distributed, or otherwise used without prior written permission, except as necessary to use the Site for its intended purpose.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable Thai law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LCB1 and LCMT, together with their officers, employees, and agents, are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Thai law.

10. Privacy

Use of the Site is also subject to LCB1/LCMT's Privacy Notice, which explains how personal data is collected and handled in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019). Please refer to the Privacy Notice published on the Site.

11. Changes to These Terms

LCB1 and LCMT may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the Site. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thailand.
